MOG-Ärztevermittlung was founded in 2012 under the name MedicalOnboardingGermany (MOG) as a subsidiary of Media Consult Maier + Partner GmbH and renamed MOG-Ärztevermittlung in 2018. After six years already, we are one of the most established companies in the international physician recruitment segment and advise hospitals/physician practices throughout Germany. Through our own job board MedicalTopJobs.de with extremely high reach in social media channel and Europe-wide target group connection, we receive new qualified applications on a daily basis.

A professional team of experienced recruiters / key account managers takes care of the perfect matching between applicants and employers. Many physicians m/f/d have already found the start of their very personal medical career with our support. However, the demand for highly qualified healthcare professionals continues unabated.
