How Active Sourcing Works

You send your search request or vacancy list in the medical or nursing field to the MedicalTalentNetwork recruiting team. Within 24 hours, we publish your vacancies across our networks and use all available means to make the position attractive to your target group. Incoming applications are reviewed promptly, initial candidate interviews are scheduled, and profiles are prepared for you to review. If everything aligns, we arrange a first video call or an in-person interview between you and the candidate.

 

The Terms

This service is initially free for you. A placement fee equivalent to 2.5 times the gross monthly salary (for acute care hospitals and other facilities) or 2.0 times the gross monthly salary (for rehabilitation clinics) is only payable when a candidate begins working with you. Even then, the risk remains manageable, as you only pay 50% of the agreed fee until the end of the probation period. The second 50% is due only when your candidate successfully completes the 6-month probation period. As a framework contract partner, you also benefit from receiving open profiles even faster.
