Service for Care Professionals
Our recruitment service at MedicalTalentNetwork connects Care Professionals with suitable employers. For candidates who hold a recognised nursing qualification in Germany, our service is free of charge.
How we support you
We assist candidates with a recognised nursing qualification in Germany in finding permanent employment by supporting them throughout the entire application process, including application review and career planning advice. We arrange interviews and assist with any necessary relocation. We guide our candidates through to the completion and signing of the employment contract. Please note, however, that we provide legal advice exclusively through our employment lawyers. This service must be commissioned separately and is chargeable.
A loyalty bonus for you
If a successful placement into a new position is made through MedicalTalentNetwork’s recruitment services, we will pay you a loyalty bonus* of €3,000. Please note that this bonus may be subject to tax.

Applicants without a qualification recognised in Germany
We support applicants with a foreign nursing qualification in obtaining recognition of their credentials. This service may be chargeable and depends on your current stage in the recognition process and whether you already possess sufficient language skills to work as a nurse in Germany. In most cases, nurses are expected to have a B2-level proficiency according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). This level of language competence allows care professionals to communicate effectively both in the workplace and in everyday life. MedicalTalentNetwork offers specialised recruitment services for healthcare professionals, focusing on the placement of qualified nursing staff. As part of our free service for nurses with a qualification recognised in Germany, we provide professional preparation and presentation of your application documents and organise job interviews. The review of your application is non-binding and free of charge, and will be handled with the utmost confidentiality. Please also note the possibility of a loyalty bonus* if you secure a new position through our recruitment services. A recognised nursing qualification in Germany and a valid work permit are required for placement.

Do you hold a recognised qualification as a registered nurse in Germany?
If so, you can expect a loyalty bonus* of €3,000 when you secure a position through the MedicalTalentNetwork Recruiting team.
*This bonus is paid in two instalments: €1,500 within one week of starting your new job and €1,500 after successfully completing the probationary period (6 months) and being taken on as a permanent employee.
