Refer your candidates to us

 

Do you offer placements and receive far more applications than you have available spots? Forward the applications of those candidates you cannot accommodate to us. Through a transparent and GDPR-compliant process, we add these candidates to the MedicalTalentPool, the database of the MedicalTalentNetwork, with their express consent. Our recruiting team guides young aspiring doctors on their path to professional recognition and eventual licensure.

Our system keeps track of the candidates you have recommended. Should one of them be successfully placed in another institution by the recruiting team within the MedicalTalentNetwork, you will receive a loyalty bonus for your recommendation. If you hold a MedicalTalentNetwork subscription with database access, you can search for suitable profiles within the MedicalTalentPool yourself. Should you come across a candidate you previously recommended, no placement fee will apply.

 

A placement fee is only charged when you hire a candidate from our MedicalTalentPool who was not recommended by you beforehand. Our terms: 2.0 gross monthly salaries for rehabilitation clinics or 2.5 gross monthly salaries for acute care hospitals and other healthcare institutions, payable in two instalments – 50% upon commencement of employment and 50% after successfully completing the six-month probationary period.
